How could anyone NOT remember Elvira! I do know guys remembered her for something a little than women did but that’s ok, we’re not here today to talk about Elvira’s “personality”. We’re here to talk about that hot mess of an American Flag display on the back wall.
Proper flag etiquette is that when you are hanging an American flag vertically, the blue union is to be on the left side of the viewer. According to the US Flag Code “When displayed either horizontally or vertically against a wall, the union should be uppermost and to the flag’s own right, that is, to the observer’s left. When displayed in a window, the flag should be displayed in the same way, with the union or blue field to the left of the observer in the street.”
I wonder what ever happened to Elvira?
